Project Lead
Kaustubh Rau
Faculty in the School of Arts and Sciences, Kaustubh Rau is a biologist interested in uncovering the changing aspects of our relationship with nature. This project was started because of the rapid pace of destruction that he observed during his bird-watching trips to Anekal’s tanks. He would like the website to catalyse change in the way people think about natural resources by becoming familiar with tanks close to where they live, develop a relationship with them and get involved in attempts to conserve them.
